Help families keep learning
Find practical next steps for access, lessons, and assignments—and a clear way to contact Legacy when you need help.
Email admin@legacyacademyforgirls.org. If your daughter cannot access her lessons, begin the subject with “Unable to access learning” so the problem is easy to identify.
Use the live chat feature for help with logging in, accessing lessons, or submitting work. Tell us if your daughter is unable to continue learning so we can understand the urgency. If chat is offline, leave a message or email the academy, and include the best way to reach you.
Choose the problem
Check the account-access instructions sent by the academy and confirm that you are using the correct parent or student login. When the learning portal is available, use its password-reset option if needed and check your spam folder for the reset email.
If you are still waiting for an account, contact the academy. Never send a password or verification code by email.
Save any work first, then refresh the lesson. Check whether other websites load and whether your device and browser are up to date. If possible, try another supported browser or device.
Send us the course and lesson name, what you expected to happen, and the error message. Avoid repeatedly clearing saved data or reinstalling software before asking for help.
Keep a copy of the work on your device. Check the assignment’s accepted file types and size limit, and wait for any upload progress to finish before leaving the page.
If it still fails, email the academy with the assignment name and the error. Ask for a secure alternative submission method; do not send sensitive student records to an unverified address.
Confirm the student’s account and your enrolled plan. Contact the academy with the course name and expected grade. Please do not create a duplicate student account to work around the issue.
Contact your internet provider or device support for connection failures and repairs. Let the academy know if the problem affects a scheduled experience. Use available reading, printable work, or an agreed offline task while you resolve access.
Help us help you
Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details. If you include a screenshot, hide other students’ information and any unrelated personal details.
Send requests through the academy’s published contact route. Keep a copy of important work while a technical issue is being resolved.
The right help for the problem
Contact Legacy about academy accounts, missing course access, broken lesson links, and assignment-submission problems. Some issues may require technical investigation after the first reply.
Tell us when your question concerns understanding a lesson, choosing a level, feedback, or your homeschool rhythm. Guidance and personalized review depend on your enrolled plan.
